01 - Discovery
Every project starts with a real conversation. When you reach out, we immediately jump on a call or meet up in person to map out your project’s scope, goals, and budget. 02 - Proposal & Contract
Once we understand your needs, we draft a detailed quote and contract with a fully itemized breakdown of every deliverable and a transparent cost analysis showing exactly what each element costs. If anything needs adjusting, it's easy to do before anything is signed.
03 - Pre-Production
With the paperwork out of the way, we take over all the heavy lifting of pre-production logistics. Our team handles everything from scripting and location scouting to scheduling and crew coordination. We iron out all the fine details early so that your actual shoot day runs seamlessly and efficiently.
04 - Production
Most of our commercial projects are locked, loaded, and completed in a single shoot day. At a bare minimum, we show up with a dedicated director, a camera operator/DP, and a gaffer/grip to control the set, scaling up our crew for larger productions as needed. Your team is always welcome on set. In fact, we love having our clients watch the monitor alongside the director to give real-time creative input so the final piece hits your exact vision.
05 - Post-Production
& Delivery
After the cameras pack up, our editors assemble a rough cut for your review. We collaborate closely through revisions until you are completely thrilled with the edit before moving the project into final sound design and color grading. We deliver your assets in 4K or 1080p tailored to your specs, with optional social media cuts in 9:16 or 5:4 formats to maximize your reach across platforms.
